What is the return policy for in-stock web purchases?

For all orders shipped within the United States, Loudmouth offers free returns when you use our prepaid return shipping label. All returns must be made within 90 days of the shipping date. All returned items must be in original condition (unwashed and unworn) and include the original tag. Items that are not in their original condition could be denied a return. Can I return Made-to-Order items?

Since Loudmouth's Made-To-Order (MTO) items are specifically made for you, we offer a one-time MTO return in the form of a store credit for MTO items. MTO returns must be made within 90 days of the shipping date. All MTO returned items must be in their original condition (unwashed and unworn) and include the original tag. Items that are not in their original condition could be denied a return. Returns can be made for an MTO item of the same price only. We do not refund shipping charges. Where do I send my returns?

Please do NOT send items back to our returns department without requesting a return (RMA) authorization here: Loudmouth is not responsible for packages shipped via the customers own shipping method and/or who do not use our RMA form prior to sending back a return.

Unfortunately no. Once an order has been placed we cannot make changes to the order. This includes any address changes, shipping method changes, or size/pattern changes.

How do you ship and how long does it take?

We use a variety of carriers to ship our in-stock product. The delivery date will depend on the shipping method you selected at checkout. Shipping times are calculated based on business days (Monday - Friday) except when there is a National holiday. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.


As with any U.S. merchant, Loudmouth is not responsible for any taxes, tariffs or duties that your country's customs office may require upon delivery of merchandise purchased and shipped from the U.S. ** If you are shipping to an address outside of the U.S., you will receive a separate bill for the customs/duties associated with your shipment. **

How long does it take to receive a Made-to-Order product? Can I have my order expedited?

It takes 3 weeks for Made-to-Order products purchased from the US website to reach the customer’s doorstep. Faster delivery is available Made-to-Order products for an additional fee. Please contact our customer service team at if you need your item expedited.

The product I want is not on the U.S. website, but I see it on the Canada, UK, and Australian website. How can I purchase the item?

The Canada, UK, and Australian websites can only ship domestically. If you have a shipping address that is in neither of those countries, then our system will not allow you to complete the order. We can only ship internationally from the US website. Our US website does not ship into Canada.

My order consists of in-stock and Made-to-Order products. Will they ship separately?

Yes, they will ship separately. The in-stock items will ship out the following business day, while the Made-to-Order items will arrive 3 weeks from purchase date.

How do your products fit?

For men’s clothing, Loudmouth measures true to size and fit like a chino pant.

For women’s clothing, you can find the appropriate sizing chart on the product page for the specific item you’re interested in.

May I come visit your headquarters? Can I purchase items and pick them up from your HQ?

Our headquarters is not set up as a retail location. We are not able to accommodate customers who want to pick up their items or purchase items directly from HQ.

When will you get more in-stock inventory?

We recommend signing up for our newsletter in order to get notified when inventory is replenished. Customers can also find products available in the Made-to-Order section on our website.

Am I eligible for a price adjustment?

If you purchased an item on our website and the price drops (in the same pattern, size, and fabric) within 7 days of your order date, we will honor a one-time price adjustment for the difference. To request a price adjustment, please send an email to with your order number and details of eligible merchandise.

Can I pay with a pre-paid credit card (pre-paid Visa, pre-paid MasterCard, etc)?
