When do I get charged?

Q1: Billed mid January, ships mid March
Q2: Billed mid April, ships mid June
Q3: Billed mid July, ships mid September
Q4: Billed mid September, ships mid November (dates are approximate and subject to change)

Can I exchange items in my chest?

All our LMx products are made just for you, so we are unable to exchange or return items in the chest.

May I skip a ​quarter?

Yes. We do our best to create designs that everyone loves, but we understand there are times that you may want to pass on a design. We allow each member to skip one quarter per year​ as long as you have noted to the LMx team in advance​. ​Please note, once your order has been processed we cannot cancel it. After we ship, your account is automatically reactivated and you will be charged when the following quarter ships.

Where can I update my profile & preferences (size, address, credit card information)?

You can login to your LMx Club account on our website​ in the top right hand corner - "Log In". Once you're logged in on the left-hand side of the screen under "Account Dashboard" ​you will see options to update your preferences, mailing or billing address, or credit card information.

What if my address changes after the quarter billing?

All address changes should be done prior to the quarter billing period. If you have an address change post-quarter billing, you must email LMxClub@loudmouthgolf.com with your new address prior to the package shipping.

How does the discount work?

During your membership, you're given an LMx member discount code that will give you 10% off​ our website​ for the lifetime of your membership. In addition to your everyday purchases, you can also use this code for an extra 10% during some of our sales.​ The discount excludes gift certificates, tournament entries, LMx membership package fee, and the Pizza Slices and Cowz designs. Not valid on previous purchases. Only one promo code per order may be used.

What is the LMx store​?

The LMx store is a member-only section on our website. Members have access to deep discounts on LMx products. ​You can find the store at the top header bar of our USA website us.loudmouthgolf.com

Can you ship LMx store items internationally?

Yes, we can ship internationally; However, international customers are responsible for any taxes, tariffs or duties that your country's customs office may require upon delivery of merchandise purchased and shipped from the US.

Does my discount code work on the LMx store?

Of course!

Can I buy LMx items for other people?

Yes! As long as you are an active member and logged in to your account, you can purchase LMx items for friends and family. Once you cancel your membership, you will no longer be able to use your special discount code or have access to the LMx store.

Are the​ LMx​ designs exclusive?

Our founder/designer creates unique designs for the club​!​ Occasionally if a design is very popular with the LMx members, after six months we will produce it in a different colorway or ​pattern-​scale ​for the public. LMx designs older than 2 years ​may be released to the public if we have fabric still available.
